We produce wine from 29Ha of vineyards:
- 3.85Ha in the Petit Chablis appellation near the towns of Beine and Lignorelles.
- 15.96Ha in the Chablis appellation near the towns of Prehy, Chablis, Milly and La Chapelle Vaupelteigne.
- 7.70Ha in the Chablis 1er Cru appellation, in the Vau de Vey designation (3.52Ha planted in 1980), the Cote de Lechet designation (1.43Ha planted in 1975 and 1986), the Montmains designation (1.18Ha planted in 1963), the Fourchaume designation (1.30Ha planted in 1953 and 1972) and the Mont de Milieu designation (0.26 Ha planted in 1983).
- 1.30Ha in the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, in the Vaudesir designation (0.77Ha planted in 1967 and 1986) and Les Clos designation (0.53Ha planted in 1962).
